Shanghai and Qingdao sign agreement on marine science development and cooperation

Shanghai’s Zhangjiang High-tech Park will work with Qingdao Oceantech Valley on marine science development, talent training and marine project cooperation to boost marine technology and economy for the two cities, according to an agreement signed between Qingdao and Shanghai in the city today.
Meanwhile, Shanghai companies and research institutes are also invited to take part in the China (Qingdao) International Ocean Science & Technology Exhibition launched in Qingdao of Shandong Province from September 26 to 28.
The exhibition will focus on fields like marine biotechnology, marine emerging material, marine equipment manufacturing and marine knowledge promotion.
