Six-story fall injures painter

A CONSTRUCTION worker was still in critical condition after falling six stories when painting the exterior wall of Shanghai Marine Mansion on Changyang Road yesterday.
The man surnamed Kong, 27, fell even though he was fastened to a security belt, other workers said. Kong's fall was cushioned somewhat by scaffolding, but he still suffered a severe head injury.
