A 500-METER stretch of Shangcheng Road was flooded yesterday when a water pipe was damaged near Dongchang Road Metro Station in Pudong New Area's Lujiazui area about 11:30am.
The pipe was damaged during cable work. The floodwaters were cleared about 1:30pm.
