SHANGHAI railway police detained a man who allegedly swindled passengers out of more than 10,000 yuan (US$1,464) at the station.
Police said yesterday that the suspect surnamed Qian asked passengers to take a psychological test. Before the test Qian took the victims' belongings after assuring he would return them.
