Stuck in railings

A THREE-YEAR-OLD girl got her head stuck between iron railings at the gate of Shanghai Finance University at 9:15 am yesterday morning. She was playing alone at Minxing Road.
Nearby residents heard her cries of distress and called emergency services. Firefighters cut through the railings to free the little girl at 10:35. She was not injured.
