Suspects caught for organizing online erotic shows

TWO suspects involved in organizing online “erotic shows” have been detained, Shanghai police said on Friday.
They allegedly recruited viewers on WeChat and charged them 28 yuan (US$4) for being added to a QQ group where the live shows were held.
Police said the suspects have profited over 10,000 yuan since April this year.
Two girls did the shows, and one of them, surnamed Li, was also one of the organizers, police said.
Li and her co-organizer of the shows, a man surnamed He, were taken away by the police from a hotel in Jiuting Town, Songjiang District on early Tuesday morning, while another girl is still being hunted.
Police said they started investigation from the beginning of this month when they got tip-offs from the public.
