THE wife of Fang Chen, former Party secretary of local New Huangpu Real Estate Co, called a relative of Fang Jialin yesterday, to send condolences, according to Oriental Morning Post.
Fang Chen's car allegedly hit Fang Jialin as he rode a bike on Christmas Eve. The girlfriend of Fang Chen's son, surnamed Li, said they will do what they can in the police investigation, which is still continuing.
