Teen killed in fall from sixth floor

A 15-YEAR-OLD fell to his death yesterday morning in a residential area in suburban Baoshan District. Police said they reached Building 160 in the Songnan Qicun neighborhood after receiving a report around 4am and found a boy was lying in the greenery near the building.
The unconscious boy was rushed to a nearby hospital where he died. The teen, who lived on the sixth floor, was a student of Changjiang No. 2 Middle School. Police released no additional details. The boy may have been sleepwalking, neighbors said. His parents had no idea he fell since they were still asleep. A neighbor found him at about 4am.
