SEVEN oil thieves have been jailed from 18 months to 10 years and three months for stealing 120 tons of diesel oil from tanker trucks at a local storage and transportation company and earning profits of more than 800,000 yuan (US$122,324).
Transport company employees Zhu Shigang and Li Guoxing conspired with Wang Bao, who ran an underground gas station, and his helpers to steal the diesel oil between mid 2008 and the end of 2009, Zhabei District People's Court said.
