Thieves sentenced

THE Xuhui District People's Court yesterday sentenced three men to 10 to 13 years in prison for theft. The three wanted to steal drugs from a suspected drug dealer. They went to home of the victim, surnamed Guo, on January 30 but didn't find any drugs. Instead, they took a Rolex watch worth 22,500 yuan (US$3,298), a platinum ring worth 11,000 yuan and other property.
