Three injured in chain collision in Jiading

THREE people were injured when a bus hit an electric moped and was then rear-ended by a truck in the city's Jiading District this morning.
A passenger on the bus of Jiasong Line (Jiading to Songjiang) said the bus hit a moped at the crossroad of Jiasong Road M. and Huadan Road around 7:45am when the moped tried to cross the slippery road and was knocked off about three meters away.
A truck behind the bus braked hard and swerved to the left and it still hit the bus. A bus passenger suffered a sprained ankle. The moped rider and the truck driver were slightly injured.
Police are still investigating the cause of the accident.
