Tibet Beer Tapped For VIPs
THE World Expo bureau yesterday selected a beer from China's Tibet Autonomous Region as an official libation to serve visitors, especially VIPs.
Qingke beer is made of Qingke, a kind of highland barley grown only in the Tibet Autonomous Region and Qinghai Province. The beer is made by mineral water from mountains of region and is free from contamination. Others can drink up at the Expo's Tibet-style restaurant.
