SHANGHAI welcomed back the Special Olympics Flame of Hope on Saturday, 15 months after the city staged the Summer Special Olympics.
The China section of the Law Enforcement Torch Run of 2009 Idaho World Special Olympic Winter Games started in Pudong New Area, featuring more than 20 policemen and two local Special Olympic athletes, Xu Chuang and Ye Zhihua.
