The annual Touching Shanghai awards will be held today to select 10 of the city’s inspirational role models. With a theme of Glory and Power, the third Touching Shanghai awards will select 10 people whose deeds represent true moral character. The 65 finalists include those who have made a big impact in their profession and Good Samaritans. Winners will be announced on September 20.
