TEN people were injured yesterday when a cement truck ran into a car in front of it and caused a series of rear-end collisions in Putuo District. The truck was sent for mechanical tests and the driver held by police. The accident happened about 7:50am when the truck failed to stop for a red light, police said. A 41-year-old motorcyclist suffered serious spinal injuries.
