DUMP truck operators, hauled for overloading three times, will be cleared out of the market from August after the new regulations come into effect, the city's greenery authorities said yesterday. Companies, whose dump trucks lead to casualties because of illegal dumping or are involved in three deaths, will be ousted from the market as well.
