Turkey Lures Visitors With Free Flights

VISITORS to the Turkey Pavilion have a chance to win free flights and a one-week tour of Turkey, Sencar Ozsoy, the pavilion's commissioner general, said yesterday on its National Pavilion Day.
Since the opening of the Expo, Turkey Pavilion has been popular, receiving more than 35,000 guests each day.
Pavilion officials said that about 7 million people may visit by the time the Expo ends on October 31.
"We'll give two free return flight tickets from Shanghai to Istanbul to every one millionth visitor to our pavilion," the commissioner general said.
A person from Guangdong Province won last month.
"We want more people to get to know the splendor of the Turkish culture and its history through this event," Ozsoy said.
