CONSTRUCTION on the Venezuela Pavilion finished yesterday after just three months.
The plan was to finish before the Spring Festival, which falls on February 14, said Issam Wahdan, head of construction.
The pavilion is in the shape of a number 8, symbolizing good luck in China.
