A woman was found slain outside a residential building in Minhang District yesterday morning. Neighbors living in the Huqingping Highway complex found the woman, a cousin of a migrant tenant, lying dead on the ground.
Her body bore wounds and a knife lay nearby. Police said they are looking for the woman's husband, who is a suspect.
