SHANGHAI Population and Family Planning Commission has added advice on reproductive health, birth control and child-rearing to its hotline 12356.
The hotline, launched last July, originally only offered advice on family planning policies and subsidies, and migrant population management, and dealt with complaints. So far it has received 76,000 calls.
