A competition for local college students involved in Internet Plus-related innovations and startups was launched yesterday, said the Shanghai Education Commission. All students attending local colleges and those who have graduated within the last five years are eligible to compete for a range of prizes, including angel investment of up to 500,000 yuan (US$77,000).
