Suicide at SISU

A MALE sophomore committed suicide at Shanghai International Studies University’s Songjiang campus on Sunday. The unidentified student, who majored in Russian, was found hanging himself in his dormitory about 4pm yesterday. The door was locked from inside. Police have ruled out the possibility of homicide. The student was from east China’s Anhui Province. Classmates said his family was quite well-off and that he was good in his academic performance.
