A century in photos

A new exhibition titled “Photography from the 20th Century” opened yesterday at the Shanghai Center of Photography at the West Bund Art Center in Xuhui District. All of the items on display are from the personal collection of Chinese collector Jin Hongwei, who has lived in the United States since 1989. The event runs through June 22 and is open to the public from 10am to 5:30pm daily, except Mondays. Many of photos have never before been shown in China.
