City will host Performance Studies International Conference

The 20th Performance Studies International Conference will be held at the Shanghai Theater Academy from July 4 to 8. Theater experts and scholars from prestigious colleges such as University of London and Yale University will attend. Workshops and performances will also be presented.
Grass-roots filmmakers are encouraged to take part in a micro movie selection about the charm of Shanghai and the touching stories of its people. Citizens can log onto www.kankanews.com to participate. Award-winning videos will be displayed.
