Disney theme parks to test its equipment this year

THE five theme parks at Shanghai Disney Resort will begin testing its entertainment equipment later this year when the Metro Disney Special Line also launches the test operation, the city government announced yesterday. All the installation work at the parks is expected to be completed early this year. A mall at the resort will also finish its construction. The Metro Line 11’s Disney Special will carry out test runs and signal tests. The resort in Pudong’s Chuansha Area is expected to open in the spring of 2016, though major construction work will be completed by the end of this year.
