THE Mobile SIFF announced the winning films last night with an awards ceremony.
UK short film “Full Time” received the top short award. The 15-minute production deals with a photographer’s delicate emotional connection with his father and football.
A total of 25 short films covering features, documentaries and animation were nominated this year.
