THE Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra will kick off its 2009-2010 season tomorrow. In the opener, Tan Muhai, the orchestra's musical director, will lead the group to present Chen Qigang's "Migration West," Alberto Ginastera's "Harp Concerto" and Dvorak's "Symphony No.9" at the Shanghai Oriental Art Center. More than 20 concerts are scheduled for the season.
