Medical record site launched

A HEALTH service website for local residents to check their personal records was launched by the Shanghai Health and Family Planning Commission yesterday.
Information available includes: medical records; history of medicine use; online appointments; and the result of tests.
The health database also include public health service information such as birth registration, vaccination and children’s care records.
The website — www.shhs.org.cn — has covered all the city’s 500 public hospitals in the city. It is currently only in Chinese.
Local residents can call the commission's hotline 12320 for a consultation.
