Romance film 'A Wishing Tree' holding premiere

THE cast of the romance film "A Wishing Tree," including Ankie Beilke, Carl Ng and Michelle Yim will gather and attend the film's national premiere tonight at the UME International Cineplex.
The premiere will be followed by a talk between the cast and local audiences about the film's creation and shooting.
The romance film is a story about a Chinese American girl who embarks on a journey to her homeland to find her true self, true love and her deep cultural roots.
Cultural differences between the East and the West are displayed in the movie. The film is also a touching tale of family and friendship.
