Shanghai Asian Music Festival kicks off at 'Blue Sea and Golden Sand' beach
FENGXIAN District has opened an Asian music festival at the Bihaijinsha Beach through the end of the month with popular singers and bands from China, Japan, South Korea and Malaysia, an official with the district government said today.
An Asian music festival has open at the the Bihaijinsha Beach in Fengxian District and will run through end of this month with popular singers and bands from China, Japan, South Korea and Malaysia giving performances, the district authority said today.
The 2016 Shanghai Asian Music Festival is being held every Friday through Sunday this month on the beach of the Hangzhou Bay, the official said. It started on Monday and will be closed on August 28 to be the longest music festival of the city.
Famous performers include Super Junior-M from South Korea, Future Boys from Japan and popular local idol girl group SNH48.
Apart from the performances, beer and food festivals, innovative markets as well as camping and Barbecue activities will also be held during the festival on thos beach that literally means Blue Sea and Golden Sand.
