Stars gather for new action movie 'Out of Control'

SOUTH Korean pop idol T.O.P (Choi Seung-hyun), member of "Bigbang," Hong Kong actress Cecilia Cheung, American actor Michael Trevino gathered this afternoon for the highly-anticipated action film "Out of Control" at the 2016 Shanghai International Film and TV Festival.

A joint directorial effort of German film maker AxelSand and Chinese director Lin Tao, the film centers on a Chinese big star who teams up with a cop to fight against the mysterious evil force.

It has recently completed the shooting of lavish fight and car racing scenes in Germany, South Korea, America and China.

T.O.P recalled his adventurous experience of jumping out of a helicopter in the movie, joking that it has cured him of acrophobia.

A charity auction of film properties, costumes and the stars' personal collections was also held today. All the proceeds will go to the physically challenged people and needy children.
