SIX teams will be funded 30,000 yuan (US$4,690) each to carry out their environmental protection projects after they won a nationwide E-idea competition held by the British Council. The ideas include planting vegetables on roofs, recycling used backlit PVC film, and recycling reusable bags. They will compete with teams from six other Asian countries for the opportunity to receive training in Britain.
