After calling the city's first hotline for unexpected pregnancy, more than 35 minors had to receive abortion surgeries since February because they had missed the best period for a drug abortion. Officials from the No. 411 Hospital of People's Liberation Army, which runs the hotline (6587-6866), said most young women who called in don't know that the first 70 days is the best time for a drug abortion.
