Bottle to help cut oil intake

MORE than 6 million local residents will get a free bottle of cooking oil specially designed to encourage people to consume no more than 25 grams of oil at each meal, Shanghai health authority said yesterday.
The bottle has a scale marking each 25g of oil. Shanghai citizens use on average as much as 49g of cooking oil each day, authorities said.
