OFFICIALS from the Shanghai Center for Disease Control and Prevention said that some 3,700 local women were found with breast cancer annually and the incidence is growing by 1 percent every year.
Experts called for higher awareness and regular self-examinations. Doctors said it is important for women to undergo professional exams once they turn 35.
