SHANGHAI Greenery and Public Sanitation Bureau announced yesterday that subdistricts of Jing'an Temple, Nanjing Road W. in Jing'an District and Xinhua subdistrict in Changning District received the highest marks in urban sanitation, including road tidiness, wet markets, green land, residential complexes, traffic hubs, public toilets and construction sites.
