Friendly design greets youngsters at new hospital branch

The Shanghai Children's Hospital opened its new branch on a trial basis on Luding Road in Putuo District today.

The facility was planned with a design and service procedures meant to be more patient- and parent-friendly.

During the trial period, until the end of May, the branch will not offer emergency or VIP service.

The original address on Beijing Road W. will continue to offer out-patient service, emergency services, VIP service and seven specialized wards.
