HFMD cases

CHILDREN'S hospitals said the incidence of hand, foot and mouth disease is stable in the city, while Beijing said there had been a huge increase of such patients in recent days.

April and May are usually the peak season for hand, foot and mouth disease, which is common in children. Each hospital receives about 10 patients every day and there have been no critically ill patients or deaths so far.
