A FIVE-YEAR healthy-home project in 13 large cities, including Shanghai and Beijing, was launched in Shanghai yesterday by the Ministry of Health. It aims to promote health care and eliminate health dangers in the home. Air pollution due to air conditioners is this year's theme. A survey by Fudan University's public health college found that air conditioners could be a source of disease.
