A PRIVATE hospital will be included in the local state health service system for the first time next month, allowing patients to pay medical bills with their health insurance cards.
The Minhang District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, which operated as the Shanghai Rhine Hospital until February, is the first local private hospital to become a non-profit facility.
