Hospital plan

CITY-LEVEL hospitals are to be built in Pudong New Area and Minhang, Nanhui, Baoshan and Jiading districts within five years, with the aim of improving services for people living on the outskirts of the city, the Shanghai Health Bureau said yesterday.
