THE Shanghai Health Bureau has started a new resident doctor training system: All new doctors after passing the three-year training will receive a clinical postgraduate degree, officials said yesterday.
Shanghai will recruit 2,500 trainees for resident doctor this year and the recruiting will be fulfilled in mid-February.
