Night sky to feature Saturn

LOCAL astronomy buffs will get this year's best view of Saturn next Monday night, when the planet lines up directly with the Earth and the sun to reveal itself at its clearest, said officials from Shanghai Astronomical Observatory.

Shanghai Astronomical Museum under Shanghai Astronomical Observatory in Sheshan, Songjiang District, plans to offer free Saturn observation through a professional telescope from 6pm to 9pm on Sunday, another good day for Saturn sightings. People can now book via telephone (5765-1723 ext 0) and log on the museum website (www.astron.ac.cn) for further information
