Pork stall back in business
THE pork stall in Shanghai where a 27-year-old man helped out before his death from H7N9 is back in business.
Wu Liangliang's father-in-law, Wu Desen, had run the stall in the Jingchuan wet market in Minhang District for 20 years.
He said his son-in-law had come from Jiangsu Province in January to assist him but was admitted to hospital in early March and died on March 10.
Wu said he had now restarted his business and didn't believe the virus was spread through pork, yesterday's 21st Century Business Herald reported.
A manager at the market said that all the pork sold there was branded product purchased from channels recognized by the city government.
