SHANGHAI Red Cross plans to train 100,000 rescuers and offer basic first aid training to 1 million residents by 2010, said officials at its annual congress yesterday.
Shanghai Red Cross collected 1.3 billion yuan (US$190 million) in donations and goods worth 200,000 yuan in the past six years.
