SHANGHAI Children's Medical Center started to introduce an anti-smoking program in Tangqiao residential communities in Pudong New Area by persuading fathers to give their cigarettes to medical staff in exchange for lollipops for their children, and giving lectures on the harm to children of second-hand smoke.
