Airport parking rates slashed

CITY transport authorities said yesterday that long-time parking rates at the city's two airports will be lowered starting on Sunday.
For 24-hour parking at Pudong airport, the fare will be set at 50 yuan (US$7.93), down from 70 yuan. At Hongqiao airport, the price will be cut from 62 yuan to 42 yuan.
