TWO part-time actors found carrying 40 blank cartridges on to a Metro Line 1 train were detained by city police yesterday. The two, surnamed Xiang and Xiao, were carrying cartridges containing gunpowder but no bullets or shot during a safety check. Xiang said they collected the blanks during the shooting of a TV series.
