Bund Cracks Down On Tour Buses

TOUR buses have been banned from picking up or putting down passengers in a busy stretch of the Bund sightseeing area from today, with drivers who ignore the rule facing fines.
Traffic police enacted the new rule to help curb the headache of buses randomly stopping along the Bund.
They said tour buses failing to observe traffic regulations were the main reason for increased congestion.
