Cabbies punished

A TOTAL of 46 taxi drivers were punished for misdemeanors including turning down passengers, installing dodgy meters and taking detours between January and April, the General Team of Urban Traffic Administration and Law Enforcement said yesterday.
Punishments ranged from fines to five-year bans.
